Breakup, Divorce, Narcissistic Relationship Recovery & Domestic Abuse Support – You Don’t Have to Face This Alone

Whether you’re questioning your relationship, going through a painful breakup, navigating divorce, or struggling to heal after separation, I’m here to help you find clarity, rebuild confidence, and move forward.

As a Master Breakup & Divorce Coach and Domestic Abuse Recovery Specialist, I combine professional expertise with lived experience to guide you through the emotional and practical challenges ahead—so you can step into your next chapter feeling stronger, calmer, and in control.

About Me

I am a fully qualified and accredited Master & Platinum Break-Up and Divorce Coach Practitioner, personally trained by the UK’s Sara Davison – the world’s No.1 Divorce Coach. I also hold specialist accreditation to support survivors of domestic abuse, working one-to-one or in small groups.

Based in Hastings, East Sussex—and working online with clients across the UK and globally—I provide a personalised “toolbox” of strategies, skills, tools and techniques to help you navigate the emotional and practical challenges of any breakup. Whether you’re considering ending a relationship, in the middle of divorce proceedings, or feeling stuck months or years later, I offer compassionate, results-driven support through Zoom sessions or in-person meetings (local clients).

Alongside individual coaching, I also run small group courses and retreats, which you can view on my homepage.

Support for Businesses & HR Teams

Breakup and divorce don’t just affect personal lives—they impact workplace performance:

  • Productivity drops by up to 40% for 3 years post-separation

  • 23% of employees take sick or unpaid leave during a breakup

  • 73% increase in employees seeking divorce advice post-COVID (UK, 2021)

  • In the US, relationship breakdown costs businesses $300 billion annually

  • Co-worker productivity reduces by 4%, line managers by 2.5%

  • Up to 70% of your workforce may be dealing with relationship breakdown at any given time

  • Nearly 1 in 10 leave their company within a year of divorce, costing 143% of their annual salary in lost productivity

I work with HR departments and corporate well-being teams to create tailored support programmes for employees—offered confidentially, including evening and weekend options. Employees can also contact me directly and discreetly.

Qualifications & Professional Standards

I am:

  • One of the only Sara Davison-accredited Coaches in East Sussex

  • A member of the International Divorce Coach Centre of Excellence

  • Certified by the ICF and CCE (adhering to the International Coaching Federation’s code of ethics)

  • Accredited by the CPD Standards Office

Global Perspective

Having lived and worked in the Middle East for 15 years before returning to the UK, I have first-hand understanding of the unique challenges expats face during a relationship breakdown—fear, anxiety, isolation, and the daunting reality of being “solo” in a foreign country, or maybe having to return to their home country due to the financial situation of being without that second salary that generously contributed to their previous lifestyle. This lived experience allows me to support clients both locally and worldwide with genuine empathy and insight.
